The print started to fade after 2 washes

This review is is response to the Grateful Dead t shirt. It is a poor quality graphic and almost feels like an iron on. I was disappointed to see this when I opened it because I also own the AC/DC shirt and that shirt was screen printed and great quality. Jane would not refund me as the shirt was considered “custom”. I think if a shirt is made poorly it should be returned or replaced. A customer deserves to receive a high-quality item if you don’t accept returns.

Wonderful customer service ! After 1 wash design extremely faded and the shirt material around the design looked dirty - customer service immediately made it right and sent me a replacement !
