Hi Chrissie! I am so sorry you are unhappy with our ship times! As it was noted with your order confirmation and in the Jane deal details for this deal, turn around time is 14 days. We are a handmade business so per Jane policy, we are allotted a 14 day processing and ship time with all of our deals vs the normal 7 days you see for non handmade vendors on Jane. Per your order info, you purchased on October 5th and this item was in your mailbox on October 13th making it day 8 that you received your handmade item, well before the 14 day due date ship time that is found in your Jane order confirmation and Jane profile. Having a handmade item nearly 6 or 7 days earlier than the projected ship date is near unheard of but we work hard to try and keep our ship times quick, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations this time around! We hope to be able to continue providing quick ship times for our handmade items and in the near future and we hope to exceed your expectations with product and shipping wishes :) If you ever do purchase from us in the future, please do not hesitate to send us a quick email if you are unsure of our ship times or need something sooner!
