The first shirt that arrived had a 1 inch hole in the shoulder where the sleeve was not attached. It was a defect. The company was apologetic, responsive, and very quickly sent me a replacement. Both the original shirt and the replacement arrived quickly. The shirt is very cute, soft, and comfortable. I would order from this company again.
