I know we spoke via email about your package and the review wasn't updated, which is completely fine! :) I am hoping this response to your review helps our future customers understand the situation. I know the tracking showed delivery to your location on April 16th but you were not able to physically locate it. We do follow the paper trail provided to us by USPS and had our hands tied since it was marked as delivered. What's awesome though is Jane purchases now have ROUTE protection! If you run into any issues like this again ROUTE can help cover your missing package, it's a great insurance to have on your packages in case something goes wrong. I do hope you were able to get your claim processed in the claim time-frame window, I believe it is 10 days from date of marked delivery. Thanks again for chatting with us in email!
