Hi Terra! Thank you for our review! We shipped out the product and emailed ahead of time to let customers know that the dye lot for the tee was a little darker than anticipated but wanted customers to see it first to decide if they liked it or not and offered full refunds to those who wished to do so. We had many customers say they actually liked it which is why we mailed it out in the first place. We do our best with customer service to help combat issues as they arrive. We didn't mail the product because we didn't care about our customers, we mailed it because we do care about our customers. We wanted it to be seen first hand what the product looked like and if our customers were unhappy with it, we are happy to work on refunds. We proactively took steps to make each customer aware of the potential issue and not everyone experienced it.
