Hi Tiff! Thanks for your review :) I'm sorry to hear this product wasn't quite as you'd hoped. We are a handmade business and hand print every product we sell. The ships by date provided with your order confirmation email stated 09/02/22 and this order was shipped on the specified ships by date, 09/02/22, and it was receive by you 4 days later. I am unsure where the "long time to receive" is within this but I am happy to help as best I can, I just wanted to provide the ships information for context for our other customers to read and make informed decisions when purchasing from us. In regards to the print, it was stated with the deal this is a DTG print and that it prints duller as opposed to vinyl or a plastisol ink, our DTG ink is a waterbase type ink so it will be "washed out" or duller in print.
