We did print what was shown in the picture so the "too close" letters you are mentioning would have been seen in the photo while you were purchasing and there could have been no purchase made then. You provided the wrong mailing address, as we stated and showed proof of in our email exchange with you and then blamed us for the mistake. We cannot adjust customer mailing addresses, it was sent per what you provided to us. Per Jane policy, customer mistakes fall on the responsibility of the customer, not the business. We are under no obligation to refund you or resend an item but we kindly refunded you even though we were not at fault. We exchanged emails with you and asked that your review be retracted, it was not.
