Hi Morgan, thanks for your review! Sorry to hear the unisex fit was not as you expected. As for the print, this is not vinyl, it is screen printed. Also, we provide wash & care instructions with each deal. Washing/drying with high heat will cause the design to stick a little but can be pulled apart. To save the integrity of the shirt, we recommend (listed with every deal in the deal details), turning the garment inside out, wash gentle & low heat tumble dry, lay flat out of the dryer & to not iron. Otherwise, if you don't follow these instructions, you run the risk of ruining the print as is with any graphic tee that is screen printed. The T-shirt material is a little feminine for this to be for a dad but I think it will work overall.
