Hi Rebecca! Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your tee. These were advertised as a cotton/poly mix tee, I am not sure what your prior experiences are with tees but generally mixed fabric tees are softer and feel "thinner" because the threading is spun tighter. We don't print on heavy weight cotton tees, I am wondering if that is what you may be used too? I ordered a Spread Kindness like Snowflakes shirt in blue. The shirt itself was beautiful and soft. The first time I wore it, I noticed it had a hole in the armpit where the seems had come loose. I think it might have been just a defective shirt. I have ordered from this boutique before with no problems. The seller contacted me and refunded my money. Great customer service!
