It took almost one month to deliver. It was originally bought for a birthday gift but instead had to be given as a Christmas gift.

Does not ship when they say it will. I communicated with them for several weeks and got the run around. Ultimately, it will arrive after the time I need it by making it pointless. I ordered on 11/27 & the expected delivery date was 12/6. Needed it by 12/22. Got shipping notification on 12/21 that it finally went out even though I was told they "thought" it went out the beginning of last week... if it didn't then they would send it by mid week. Welp... didn't happen. Ugh, so disappointed, this was all my neice asked me for. :(. Now they won't even respond to my last two emails asking how to return it once it arrives since I had to get something different.

Ordered in November. It is December 17 and still not shipped and emailed them on Dec 13 and they still have not responded.

IF YOU HAVEN’T received these, contact [email protected] and they will either get you a refund, or get the seller to ship your package. Finally received my package after getting Jane involved. They are NOTHING like what’s in the picture. I’ll be demanding a refund. I ordered these on 11/27 as Christmas gifts for my twin nieces. We’re less than one week from Christmas and I still don’t have these. Seller said they’d send a “replacement” shipment, even though USPS said they never received these, and I still don’t have an updated tracking number.

I ordered this almost a month ago. Still hasn’t shipped out...

I got the size 9/10 in pink. I wear an 8.5 or 9 in shoes and these fit perfectly. I don't know that a size 10 foot would fit well. These are super soft and the top that goes over your foot is nice and fluffy. The bottoms are a nice think rubber that seem like they will last. The sole that your foot sits on gets matted down quickly (I've only worn mine a few times). This part is also not super cushy. However, it is not uncomfortable. Overall, these are great for the $15 price!

3 weeks have went by and still haven’t received it. Says still processing. Said it was estimated to ship a week letter and said should ship within 8 business days. Did not happen!
