So cute!!!!!
The products is eh at best, but the customer service is the real kicker here! I purchased this robe and immediately emailed the company and asked if they could cancel my order and not send the product. My initial email was conveniently ignored, so I sent another one in which the individual replied promptly and said he or she would cancel the shipment right away. Well, the product was sent anyway, and they acted completely clueless about it! Won't be ordering again, I can assure you.
Hi Ericka! I apologize that you received an order you had wished to cancel. When we received your email, we replied that same day that we would send the request to our warehouse but that since these were already in the process of being shipped out, we could not guarantee that we could cancel the order. You purchased this robe during our busiest month of the year and since we make every effort to get everyones order out the door as quickly as possible, it's not always possible to make changes after an order is submitted. I'm sorry we weren't able to make this adjustment for you but hope you enjoy the robe otherwise!

Adorable Mugs, but EXTREMELY slow shipping. Ordered on 12/4 for Christmas, Shipped on 12/20, said arrival by 12/26. Thankfully they came in time, but super slow shipping.

Cute, but the “made in China” stickers makes me feel I truly overpaid for what I got. Would have been nice to know this before I spent what I did on them.
