Favorite robe I've ever owned!

It’s exactly what I order and looks great!
I ordered this in turquoise. It came pink!
After one wash I have a hole in my monogram. The monogram is much smaller than what I expected and the threading is super tight.
Way too big. Not even wearable.
Beware when ordering- the monogrammed initials need to be in the order of first, last, middle. I was not aware when ordered. So now they are messed up and non-refundable. Also the stitching on the monogramming isn't the best. Seems to be missing thread in spots.
Did not receive the entire order. I emailed the seller and they responded but I’m still waiting for the rest of my order. I will update and correct this rating when/if I receive the rest of my order. Update- Two week’s later, I’m still waiting for the rest of my order. Update 2- still no robe, in fact, i received an email from the company two weeks ago saying it had already shipped. Never received it. A week later, I asked for a tracking number to track the package. No answer. I finally asked for a refund since I never received the replacement robe or tracking email. I finally got a response saying they don’t refund custom merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not truthful or reliable.
Not sure how it fits since I ordered a small and they sent me an XL. And then could not get anyone to respond to my email! Don’t buy from this company.
Ordered a small because I figured a robe would be forgiving but it’s not!! Color is pretty. Much too large especially on the shoulders and the ties are very confusing.

Material is a lot thinner than I expected but overall a good purchase and love the monogram!
I liked the robe but the monogramming was not great the letters were too scrimpy not enough thread...I am afraid they will unravel quickly
Nice and soft, but the fabric is very thin. Not appropriate to wear in front of the teenager.
