I originally wrote a 3 star review, the license I received had bubbles & was lifting up in the corners. I decided to just go with it & just say the license were as old as Santa!! I wrote my prior review, then received an email from The Owl Boutique stating that they strive for customer satisfaction & would like to send me a replacement. In return they asked that I change my review. I stated I would if the new license was up to expectations. Two days later I received an email from The Owl boutique stating that they would not send me a replacement unless I changed my review before I received the license. I expressed I wouldnt do that because I wasnt satisfied with the product. That once I received a decent review worthy product I would leave a review. They came back & sais the owner wouldnt allow them to send it unless I changed my review first. I told them to keep their license. Its not about the 8.99, its about good buisness & the principle behind your product. I will not purchase any merchandise from this company again.. If they refuse yo replace an 8.99 product, I would hate to have the problem with a more expensive product.
