I received a damage shirt with a large hole in the side. I contacted the seller and was told they would ship me a new shirt. It’s been two weeks and I have not received a new shirt. Do not recommend.

I ordered this shirt and only got an empty plastic bag. I have contacted seller x 2 now with no response. I would love to reverse this low star review if I got some sort of response from seller.

Horrible!! I ordered a red one and it looks more like hot pink. Not too crazy about the design either. Very disappointing because I love the show but the shirt, not so much!

Shirt is cute but it smelt so bad when it arrived! I wanted to puke. Will probably never wear it now.

My original order was for 3 total shirts, and when it arrived, I only had 2 shirts in the package. I understand things happen, so I tried to reach out to the seller to assist in sending a replacement shirt, but no one would contact me back. After several more weeks, I contacted Jane Customer service to try to fix the problem, and they attempted to contact the seller as well. I have written the seller and asked Jane Customer service to assist in this matter and still have not heard from The Owl Boutique. I am still missing a shirt that I paid over $20 for, and while the quality of the shirt is great, I would not wish this hassle on anyone else and cannot recommend you buy this product if you value good customer service!

Received the wrong color/logo styled t shirt! Sent an email to the vendor and no response!! Really disappointed because this was suppose to be a gift!!!

I asked to do a return because the design was way too large across the shirt, but was denied. Waste of money.

This is the first shirt that I ordered from Jane that is not as cute as pictured. And on the sleeve in the front where the cuff is folded over and some down it is bunched. So really not a good quality either.

Shirt has a burnt chemical smell. The decoration is very think and has some discoloring.

Read fine print no exchanges or refunds. That's on me. Shirt ran small.
