Dress definitely had a manufacturing error. The arms were way to small for the size medium dress I ordered and top portion of dress wouldn't pull down due to the arms being sewn wrong. When I notified The Owl Boutique of the issue they said they had several other complaints of the same issue. I mailed back the dress and asked for an exchange, but they just issued a refund instead. My problem is that I paid to mail back the dress and when they refunded me they did not include the shipping I paid when I purchased the dress. Admitting that you were aware of issues with the dress, you should refund the price for shipping to.

I ordered xs and LOVE the fit. Length is perfect. Fits incredibly well. Is thicker so it does keep you warm. Looks amazing on! Extremely fast shipping. The only complaint I have is that the inside is not soft - feels as though it has been washed a ton. This is the ONLY side zip jacket I have found that is xxs or xs. The smalls don't fit me. So I am so glad this size is available!!

This might fit a little snug but not enough for me to say it is a small fit. I love how unique this is! I got a lot of compliments on it! The price is a little high but worth it!

Instead of receiving the XL pink hoodie like I ordered, I got an XS black one. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from them. So...not a great experience.

Warm, heavy, generously sized hood, and a little more unique than your standard hoodie. Definitely size up - I am usually a large in outerwear, but went to XL and it's just right (maybe a little big, but L definitely would've been too small). I actually got 2: one to keep cozy around the house, and one to wear out. Super fast shipping, and arrived a day ahead of schedule, even in a blizzard!

It’s cute but it runs small.

I am usually between an 8 and 10. This dress was nice but the arms were way too small. Did not receive a packing slip so I am not sure how to return it either
