My first one looked amazing!! They both did but the second name (I bought two) was crooked. It bothers me because I'm OCD. Other than that no issues.

It leaks EVERYWHERE there is no point to this mug except that it looks cute. If it's not functional it's a waste.

I ordered 2 tumblers. One cup came out perfect but the second cup's monogram is slightly crooked.
