I received this item on Dec 22, 2021. It was the incorrect design and color. After contacting customer service , they were going to send the correct mat. I never received the mat, and have contacted them two more times with this problem. They always say they will send me the corrected mat but have failed to follow through - it is now February- and I still have not received the item that I ordered and can get no correspondence from the company. Avoid ordering from here!
