Ordered the bracket but got the wrong color. No response to my email request

It was difficult to tell what name went with what bracelet... I didn't receive what I thought I was ordering on 2 of them...tja bracelets are very nice though

They were pretty . I didn’t get my third free one since I bought three. They are a little tight to get over palm.

Didn’t receive the bracelet I wanted. Contacted customer service and they informed me that I could keep both bracelets and they would issue a refund! Awesome customer service.

They are pretty but they are hard to get on but then once on feel heavy and extremely loose on my wrist

I had some issues, but the owners really stepped up and emailed me personally. I really appreciate that! The bangles were too big for my style and they offered me a refund, but my niece loved them, so I gave it to her. The bangle was very pretty, but too big for my liking.
