I have requested a refund of money for the Personalized Camper Waffle Towel that I ordered. What I have received is a flimsy piece of material not an actual waffle towel with an imprint on it. This piece of material in no way shape or form is a towel of any kind. In fact, I own several other kitchen waffle towels and this piece of material IS NOT in any way a towel whatsoever. I don't know how they can advertise those pictures and charge $12.99 for this piece of material! This is fraudulent advertising to say the least.

I made a mistake when ordering. I immediately sent message asking to correct the order. Seller was NOT willing to help! Will NEVER recommend this seller!

I ordered a personalized towel as a gift, it is not even waffle towel material, it is a thin cheap peice if fabric that is not even sewed in a straight line. I can't even give this as it is so cheap looking, I'd be embarrassed! Waste of 17 bucks!

The towel quality and material is terrible. It came in with cheap stitching and the cut itself was crooked. Seller responded that they would remake and reship, that didn't happen. I sent emails checking up on the order and Jane.com ended up refunding me. Took over a month to resolve. Not worth it at all.

The towel was so thin and "cheap". I was very disappointed and sort of embarrassed to send this gift to a family member that I ordered it for.

Custom printing is nice, quality of dish towel ridiculously cheap! Bought as gifts and embarrassed to give.

Very disappointed in the quality. This towel is very thin and silky. I wouldn’t describe it as a waffle towel material. It’s cute, but for decoration only. You would never use it to dry anything.

This is the worst towel I have ever seen. Cheap! It’s like a disposable/paper towel quality. The print bled across the towels. Wasted money never to buy again.

I wish I could review this item fairly, based on the quality rather than the unethical seller. I ordered this item (MULTIPLE towels) in November and as soon as I clicked “purchase” realized that it had defaulted to my previous address. I contacted the seller IMMEDIATELY to ask that the address be changed to my current one. This happened once in the past with a different seller who responded in a day and was easily able to update to new address before they shipped. Days go by and I hear nothing. I sent 2 more emails with no response. I realized that the item was then shipped out only a few days ago (to the old address!). I contacted the seller again because at this point I will now be dealing with my bank to dispute the charge. On another note, after I placed the initial order (approx $60) I realized I wanted one more personalized towel for my mother. I placed THAT order with the correct address. The item was really, really cute. I only wish I could have received the other multiple items I ordered as Xmas gifts worth over $60. I would NEVER recommend this seller now. Find another seller who does personalized items!

They sent me the wrong order. I contacted them and they said they would rush me the correct one but I still haven't seen it.

Placed an order received the wrong one. Emailed seller and they said they were aware of the mistake and would send the correct one and never did

The towel was a weird material. Flowers lacked detail as shown on photo. Very poor quality. Bought 2. Contacted the seller several times on getting return address with no response. Buyer beware!

Paid for item and never received anything !

The material is not like a soft towel material. It almost feels rubbery instead. Also, the monogramming is faded and not nearly as bright as pictured. Would not recommend.

I received the wrong order. I messaged the seller and Jane and no one has responded. I assume I won’t get the correct order before Xmas, since no one is contacting me back

The towels are very thin and doesn’t absorb water very well. Some are for gifts.

Not what I was expecting at all. One of the names is in black!? On a Christmas towel?!
