Received first set of coasters and both were chipped. I contacted seller and she responded promptly and sent a replacement set. The second set was also chipped. I contacted the seller informing her of this in which she never responded. This is disappointing as these were part of a Christmas gift. Monogramming is very difficult to read. I would not waste money on this purchase.
