I still haven't received this. Tracking says it hasn't shipped even though it says it should ship by December 9th.. Guess I won't have it for Christmas 😑 Is it too late to cancel this?! This is rediculus! Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and it's still not here. The company should have not put the ship date as the 9th. I wouldn't have ordered this FINALLY got this. Didn't even have time to put it on the tree and we wouldn't have. The coloring is faded in spots. Not well made. Extremely dissatisfied

The pot holders were great, if they would have spelled my name right. I even double checked the order to make sure the spelling wasn't my mistake, and it wasn't. I ordered these for a Christmas gift for someone and emailed them to get the one they spelled wrong replaced. They said they would replace it and now I haven't heard back nor gotten a replacement. Have emailed them twice about it and haven't heard anything. Horrible service.
