The best customer service I've received in a long time!!! Needed a custom order in a very short time. Overnighting wasn't a delivery option but I messaged customer service with my concern. She said it should be to me in time. I messaged them again when time was nearing. The customer service rep said not to worry about it. We will redo your order TODAY and overnight it.
