I received the wrong bracelet in my order and have not heard back from the seller. Very disappointed because this was a Birthday present

Ordered 2 bracelets. Was sent 3. Only 1 was one that I ordered. That 1 didn't look anything like the picture. Emailed but haven't heard back.
We had some issues during the time we evacuated for Irma. We just reshipped your items and of course , please keep the ones you have as a gift.
This thing is neat but the thing that has the design and name came off the first day....very disappointed!
The easily removable cleaning cloth is supposed to come off. We noted this in sevaral places in the description. We ar sorry you are not happy and will send a little gift your way.

The gold is more bright yellow gold than in the Picts, It looks more grungy gold. They fit really large too.

Great colors and nice and thick however the edges stick out past the margin of the holder and are not completely adhered to the case making them pull up and catch on things.
So cute!
Had a funny smell for about a day, but it quickly went away. It's very pretty.
