A lot smaller than regular pet mats and very thin. Hard to clean.

Did not receive the items I ordered. I received 2 totally wrong items. Have contacted Navy Knot and have yet to get a response on how they plan to correct their mistake...either ship the correct mats or refund my money. This was my first time to order from Jane and may be the last. Very disappointed.

Have contacted seller twice with zero response. Product hasn't shipped - stated ship by date of 12/17 and it's January 1.... nothing, no communication.

This blanket is soft and cute. However, I received the wrong blanket with the wrong personalization and after reaching out to the company numerous times and hearing nothing back. I reached out to Jane who also reached out. And heard nothing back. Luckily Jane refunded my item. So I could purchase this Christmas gift elsewhere weeks after Christmas. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER! Purchased product a month ago and item still has not shipped and none of my emails to their customer support have been answered.
