Chose design 34 and it was way too light and pixelated, couldn't read the name or number. They did replace it, but I had to email them a million times before they did.
The cutomization choices that came through were the Pink on Pink with Cursive text . We did offer you a remake and let you choose a better, more legible combination. We let you choose from all of the options we have. We also extended a full refund and still made a new tag at no cost to you. We are sorry you are not happy.
