Personalized Slim 20 oz Stainless Steel Tumblers with Straws

I am absolutely blown anyway by this company. I ordered a personalized tumbler for Mother’s Day. I received my tumbler, just like I ordered & absolutely loved it. The day before Mother’s Day I received a 2nd tumbler. I was confused b/c I only ordered 1 and was not charged twice. When I contacted the company, they said they had issues with USPS and were afraid the order had been lost so they mailed out an extra tumbler AGAIN to make sure we had our orders by Mother’s Day. Talk about amazing customer service!! They told me to keep the 2nd tumbler as a gift. Hands down, I’ll use The Navy Knot for all my gifts ideas.
