Wow. Where do I begin? I received the wrong color tumbler two weeks late. Only being hand washed, the vinyl is already peeling and rubbing off. Have been emailing them for a week with zero response.
We definitely apologized and gave you a free tumbler for our error. The photo you later sent us showed cuts and gouges in the viny. We are sorry, but that is not a defect in our product.
