I ordered 3 luggage tags from this seller. One of the tags did not replicate what I purchased and I wanted to have a replacement tag made. I reported this directly to Jane and they attempted to contact the seller on 2 different occasions, with no response. It's very frustrating and disappointing that customer satisfaction is not important to this seller. Will not order from them again and would not recommend.

Disappointed in one of the flags I received. The numbers 1 and 7 are similar and I put the wrong number by mistake. I have emailed these people and have not gotten a reply from them. Be careful when choosing the number on the flag.
