Very nice quality and cute idea for a "little something" for an extra gift. I submitted my concerns to the company and their customer service was top notch! They explained that the shading in the white beard and on the snowman was part of the "effect" and yet, because they realized I was disappointed, offered a coupon for my next purchase. The rep was very responsive and very sincere. I would certainly do more business with this vendor...and I did! I purchased a monogrammed beach towel for my granddaughter. Waiting for it to arrive soon. Can't say enough about the customer service...best I've ever worked with!

Cute but the material feels cheap...It appears to be a nice waffle kitchen towel in the photos but the waffle texture is just printed into a cheaper material towel. Wish I had known before ordering as gifts.
