It came exactly as pictured! We love our skirt.
Material was not cotton. I'm not sure what the material was but is was flimsier than I thought it would be.
We are sorry that you did not have a chance to read the fabric content. These are not cotton and were not advertised as cotton. We have also followed up with a message offering more details.
