This item is cute but I didn’t realize how small and thin these mats would be. They barely fit my dog’s large bowls. I’m definitely not satisfied with them. I would not recommend them.

The design is nice. The only problem is that I had to recut and fit the pad into the cradle myself since it wasn’t cut correctly which made it repeatedly fall out.
Very cute, I didn't realize they would be an actual hard material like porcelain rather than rubber or something!

UPDATED - Within 24 hours of my writing my original 3star review, this shop contacted me and has a new one headed my way to correct the problem. EXCELLENT customer service! Would buy from them again :) ORIGINAL - The printed mouse pad wasn’t cut correctly and didn’t fit onto ergonomic pad. Still useable but bunches up.

I know this is buyer’s error- but READ THE SIZE DIMENSIONS. This is barely bigger than a piece of paper and the pictures are super misleading- they had to have used the smallest dog bowls ever. This will not fit “normal” size animal bowls. It is also thin, almost feels like a mouse pad.

The material is also listed as neoprene which is like a coozie or mousepad which makes it washable and durable. We also offer a larger size.
