The towel is very cute, but I did not like the material. It doesn't appear to be like typical kitchen towel material and doesn't seem like it would be water absorbent at all. I will use it as a cute decoration though!

I thought this mat would be bigger and better quality than it was. The mat is a little bit larger than a mouse pad. The material is the same material a mouse pad would be made from as well. I expected a little more than what I recieved.

Much smaller than a typical mat for dog bowls. The bowls will not even fit.

Haven’t received this item

My phone auto corrected the spelling of our name and when I contacted the seller about it, they said they could reprint the item for us but that we’d have to pay. I said that was fine and I’d like it reprinted...then I never heard back from the seller. I even emailed 2 other times asking if they had received my response that I would like it reprinted and still never heard back from the seller... Terrible terrible customer service!

So cute! I wish they made bigger sizes.
