Sweet way to jazz up my new car while also making it easy to clean. Love the style choices. Surprisingly everyone notices these when they get in my car. I will be ordering more for friends!

I ordered a flag during the Black Friday sale. Upon receiving my flag, I noticed that part of the name was cut off. The last name did not exceed the letter requirements; however, the first and last letters were chopped off because the font size was way too large for the flag. On the graphic on their receipt, it even showed that the whole name was not printed. Had someone checked the order before sending it, they would have known that this was a poor quality job. It seems to me that the order was quickly printed and the time was not taken to ensure the quality. This flag is a gift that I’m supposed to give on Christmas Eve, but I’m embarrassed to even gift the flag I was sent. I emailed customer service, hoping they would correct their error and send me a new flag to replace the flag I was sent. I still have not heard back from them. As of now, I would not recommend purchasing from this buyer. I will be happy to change my review if they make this right.

The designs looked nice but the product was not made of good material and was smaller than what was thought it would be. Personalized double-sided pet ID and it was one sided.

Simply terrible service. They sent me a flag with a date that was pulled out of the sky. I asked for it to be corrected or refunded. They sent me a new flag with the correct name and date, but it was the wrong flag - something that I would never hang. I wanted a christmas flag and now it is just too late. I asked for a refund with no reply. Now I have 2 flags, one wrong date and another ugly...so essentially I paid for a flag that will never get hung or kept. I am so disappointed. I will never purchase here again.
