The flag had a white line through it from whenever it was made, it was made into the flag image not a white line as in something I could wipe off. I emailed the seller and sent pictures, they said they were sorry and a remake was on the way. That was on April 22 after having to send another email asking if I was going to get a refund or remake. I have emailed since and left a message and no one has responded to me. This was a Mother’s Day gift so now it is pointless to receive if the remake doesn’t arrive by tomorrow which I doubt it will. I have been ordering from Jane for years and I have never left a bad review. The customer service communication needs to be better.

Sizing is great, material and over all is well made. Do wish it came it a pole instead of having to order one. But overall a very cute purchase for the yard or garden

Ordered 2 customized flags and am very pleased with both! Seem to be very good quality and are very pretty!!

It came exactly as pictured. Only complaint is that the decorative mouse pad was not adheared to the bottom plastic. I guess this could be good if the arm rest goes out and you want to replace it. It's really cute and is a life saver for not having carpal tunnel. :)
