I’m so disappointed. I ordered this phone stand and it never arrived. I contacted the seller who stated they would check and get back to me but they didn’t. So, I sent another email inquiring about the phone stand. They apologized, told me they were reshipping the item to me and issuing a refund. I waited over a week and nothing happened so I emailed again and got no response but the following day a refund was issued. I sent another email and thanked them for the refund and asked if they had reshipped the product as promised because I still very much wanted it and they never responded.

This mat is very small and thin and was not at all what I expected. It barely fits my 2 bowl feeder. Only thing I like is that they put my pets names on it but the value was not there for the price.
