The flag came adorable! It was perfect, I feel the seller lacked communication a little, my order was processing for a couple weeks and I had to reach out and didn’t receive a response until the day it shipped

Smaller than I expected for a pet mat. Would work better for a cat. The pattern is cute and it looks nice.

Shipping took a little longer than I prefer. Ordered on Apr. 24, received package on May 16. Flags were adorable and exactly what I ordered. I ordered 3 for mother's day gifts. All 3 turned out very well.

Quality and price did not align. Had this been less than half the price, then it would get a higher rating. The towel seemed stiff and the design was scratched up. The 4 year old I gifted this to absolutely loved it, which is why it’s not 1 star.

It was broken in half when it was delivered to my house. It’s not durable obviously so i don’t know how it could open doors if it broke in transit in the mail. I would like a refund please.
