Good quality, shipping time slow probably due to the personalization.

Colors on flag are extremely washed out and not bright at all, pretty disappointed and have not even bothered displaying it. I emailed the seller and she said she would send out a replacement flag but never received it and has not responded to my follow up emails.

I purchased 5 flags from the seller, each of them a part of Mother’s Day gifts. One of them came with a super random name, checked my order form and it was correct on my part. Contacted seller, they said they would have replacement sent right out! They were wonderful, but I never received the replacement....
