I purchased this item for work and it has such a bad odor to it that I can not take it to work.i have sprayed and washed it with so many different products and still has a odor. It is a very nice looking mat however I can't use it for what I want due to the odor

Did not receive the correct item and was much smaller than i anticipated.

I was sent the wrong design, right before Christmas. This was a Christmas gift for a friend....too late for the right design to be delivered in time.

I received the wrong pattern and someone else's name. I reached out immediately to the seller and was promised an expedited replacement. After 2 weeks I reached back out to them, and they are not responding to my emails. I am hoping Jane can help me get a refund from The Navy Knot. It has now been over a month.

This item was supposed to ship around January 22 and I have yet to receive it. Tried communicating with the seller and no response.

Very frustrated by this company! I ordered a desk pad with "Boss Lady" on it and the words were half off of the pad so I contacted them and they said they would send another one out. The EXACT same pad came with the words messed up like that first time. So AGAIN, contacted them and they said they would make it right as well as a gift certificate, but I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks and haven't received anything yet! Contacted them to ask what the progress was a few days ago and still nothing. VERY VERY irritated that I can't even get my money back, let alone a correct product that I really wanted!

Ordered 2 - neither one is correct. Unacceptable.

It is a beautiful design but the smell of it is awful. I had to leave it outside to get the odor out. It smelled like a skunk.

Shirt runs small.

I love it, but the color is not the same as what is shown. It is a lot duller.

This is smaller than expected. The photo is misleading in size. Plus my receipt called it a personalized PET mat!
