The mat is really cute I actually do not plan to use it for pets I got my grand girls name on it & plan to use it as a placemat for her as she starts to eat table food The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was folded into an envelope for shipping and I can't get the fold/crease to lay flat Maybe it will with use If so, I'll update here Otherwise it's a great product!

So cute! I have a big dog with large bowls so I wish it was bigger, but still works. It would work best with small bowls.

If I could leave no stars I would! HORRIBLE customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size pet mats (I ordered them for my 75 lb labs) and I realized it almost immediately after placing my order. I sent her an email directly 8 minutes after realizing and asked her to please change the size to the larger ones and I would pay the difference or if she could cancel the entire order and I would re-order the larger size mats. She never responded to my email, so the next day I sent her another email. Still no response. Finally I reached out on her Etsy page where she finally responded and told me that once an order is placed it cannot be altered because it goes into production “immediately” and that my mats had apparently already been made. I find that very hard to believe considering I placed my order on a Sunday around 11AM and that supposedly she has “about 300 pet mat orders daily”. Also, took forever to ship. You’d think if she made my mats so quickly that she would have shipped them out a little faster. I explained to her multiple times that these mats would be way too small and would be of no use to me and begged her to please change the size and she still refused, knowing good and well the mats hadn’t even gone into production yet because she even said herself she couldn’t do that because there were too many to go through to find mine. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I’m literally telling her I will give her MORE money that what I originally paid!! Why would she not just simply change the size to the larger mats? She would have had more money in her pocket and I would have been a happy, repeat customer. Now I will never order anything from her again and I advise others to do the same!! Also, one of the mats has a stain on it!! Not happy with the product or customer service at all. This company is a joke.
