I originally hit the wrong number mat on my order. I immediately emailed the company concerning the error, and they said no problem...they would correct the order number and send me the right product. I received the mat yesterday in the mail and the order had not been corrected at all. I received the wrong mat. I have since emailed them back about receiving the wrong mat and have not received a response back. So far I give them a MINUS 10 in customer care/service. Hopefully they will make it right
Flag matches perfectly with our house color. Love the double sided design, and colors are vibrant. I hope it holds up in the weather. It was great to have it personalized with our name!
