If I could leave no stars, I would. The customer service from The Navy Knot is absolute trash. They claimed that they would send another mat at a "discounted price" because the size of the one I received was not what their website made it look to be. After requesting an invoice for the new mat and waiting days, weeks, and now a month if not longer I have still yet to receive an email back from them. I don't even care about the mat at this point. But least have the decency and common courtesy to respond back to your paying customers. I'll look elsewhere to spend my money next time.

This is the first time I've been disappointed in one of my purchases from Jane.com. I can not believe how small this blanket is! It's smaller than most bath towels so it should not be called a blanket or a throw since you can't even 'throw' this over your shoulders to keep warm:( Very disappointed!
