I had a wonderful experience with this company. The blanket was super soft and great quality, but their customer service was even better. I accidentally ordered the blanket with the wrong sons name on it, and they sent me a complimentary one in addition to the original one I ordered! Can't say enough great things about my experience.

Wasn't what I ordered.

I ordered 4 different mats. Happy with 3 of them. The one that I ordered that was a black/white...similar to buffalo check is quite 'faded looking'. Not at all as bright as the ones I ordered last year. I would not order that one again.
