The item was purchased as a gift for my great nephew. It looked beautiful and felt soft and plush. I can't wait for him to get it.

The design was cute and as described but the towel was disappointing. Not a finished towel like a “regular” dishtowel.

I really like the product! Looks like it may have gotten a little mark on it but it’s not too bad, so I’m not going to worry about it.

I got the plates in and they were bent because they were shipped in an envelope, I probably could have smoothed it out, but since I live in Texas I had to order the frame plate and the name was in white and so small you could not hardly see it. I contacted the company and instantly got an apology and was told they would redo it and expedite it out. I have not received the new ones yet, but it’s only been a week. I’ll update my review if I don’t receive them.

My friend thought this was the most amazing gift she received.
