Very responsive. I was sent the wrong hat on accident and the correct mat was sent immediately. Loved both designs!
I was a little surprised, it was smaller than I thought, but I love it.
Sent me the incorrect flag. With the wrong name on it. After multiple emails I was told my correct order had been shipped. 30 days from original order I still have not received the correct flag I purchased. So disappointing
I received the first flag in the mail with the wrong last name on it, contacted the seller and they shipped me another one right away. Received the 2nd one and it still had the wrong last name on it. Contacted seller again advised shipping error and would mailing me a 3rd one. That was over 10 days ago and I still do not have the correct product and I have not received a refund. This is ridiculous
Great product. Well made and looks just like the photo. Using as a holiday gift for a staff member.
It is just a large mouse pad.
