Smaller than I thought but very soft

I was originally sent the wrong item, but when I contacted the seller, they immediately replied to let me know they caught the error and had the correct mat being sent to me. I had a replacement in 2 days. Great service, and I got the mat design I picked. I will be a return customer based on service and quality!
