Turned out very cute!

Super cute item for my pup!

Did not receive the items I ordered. I received 2 totally wrong items. Have contacted Navy Knot and have yet to get a response on how they plan to correct their mistake...either ship the correct mats or refund my money. This was my first time to order from Jane and may be the last. Very disappointed.

A lot smaller than regular pet mats and very thin. Hard to clean.

Ordered for my granddog for Christmas. He's parents were thrilled!!

Love this for our dog because he's so messy with his food and water. Name is a little off center but not a huge deal.

I ordered two dish drying mats for Christmas presents. They came, but in the wrong design. I emailed the company and they are making it right.

The pad doesn't fit quite right.

Incorrect flag delivered asked for seller to correct and they said it was ordered this way. After that email no communication came. I want my money back or new flags. I offered to pay shipping for new flags but would not have ordered flags that said The Carroll's Carol' That doesn't make any sense in the world.

Let me start by saying this mat is adorable That being said, my own fault for not paying attention to measurements, this mat is basically the size of a place mat. The size of the food bowls on the mat in the pictures is very misleading and not in proportion at all My dogs food stand hangs over all sides, so it sadly can't be used 😕

All came out adorable. Just wish they were a little bit bigger.

Ordered on 12/5/20, estimated ship date said 12/17/20. It is now 12/29/20, I've emailed with no response. Totally was being patient, I know this year has been crazy but this is a little ridiculous. Definitely would like my money back please
