Very frustrated by this company! I ordered a desk pad with "Boss Lady" on it and the words were half off of the pad so I contacted them and they said they would send another one out. The EXACT same pad came with the words messed up like that first time. So AGAIN, contacted them and they said they would make it right as well as a gift certificate, but I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks and haven't received anything yet! Contacted them to ask what the progress was a few days ago and still nothing. VERY VERY irritated that I can't even get my money back, let alone a correct product that I really wanted!

I was so excited to get my personalized desk mat but was disappointed when it arrived. While the quality is great and the design is lovely, the colors are not as vibrant as I had hoped and the "r" in my name only partially printed so instead of "Kristi", it looks like "Kusti". Other than that, it is pretty well made and did arrive ahead of schedule.

Exactly how it looks in the photos, nice quality of fabric (not plastic), slightly smaller than I was anticipating, print is on one side only. Love the flag!

This item was supposed to ship around January 22 and I have yet to receive it. Tried communicating with the seller and no response.
