I got my flag yesterday and it has the wrong initial and I was disappointed that their are no returns. I understand about monogram items, I was just disappointed as the flag is unusable. The quality was nice.

The print on the flag came out very faded. It looks weathered. The initial for our last name is incorrect as well. I will not be displaying this. The quality of what I received looks nothing like the pictures that were advertised. I cannot believe this was even shipped.
