Updating my review to say seller reached out and expedited the rest of my order and it made it in time for Mother’s Day Only received 2 of the 4 flags I ordered and the order shows that all have been delivered. It’s been over a week since delivery. They were a Mother’s Day gift so now I’m out two Mother’s Day gifts 😩

Softest blanket you can buy! Great quality and color was exactly what we wanted.

5/5 stars for the product but 1/5 star for communication. I had several items in my cart when I accidentally hit the submit button. I tried to immediately cancel the order but the Jane app just took me in circles & I wasn’t able to cancel any of the orders. I reached out to The Navy Knot directly within minutes. I have placed numerous orders with them so I have their correct email address. I never heard from them, even after Jane reached out to them as well about canceling my order. So needless to say I’m pretty disappointed with their customer service.
