I placed my order and est ship was 9/7 but no notifications after that. 9/10 I contacted the seller and they were quick at replying back to me. I received my order today and I love it. Great customer service and I know that the mailing timeframe is out of their control

The pencil box personalization is with a low quality paper sticker. The sticker was uneven and already peeling on arrival.
