I love the sweatshirt and it's so soft and comfortable Highly recommend it

Nice sweatshirt..true to size..I’m tall and the sleeves are nice and long.

I tried to contact the seller to change my shipping address before the status of the item went to "shipped" with no response. Then emailed a second time when I got notification when it shipped, then got a response that they couldn't do anything & "hopefully it gets sent back, then we can forward to your new shipping address." We moved 4 months and forwarding only lasts 60 days, so my items won't be forwarded. I'm out money and my order with no help from the seller. Yes, it was my mistake by not checking the shipping address before placing my order but I tried to change my shipping address with them before the order shipped and received no response and they refused to help. I most definitely will never prefer from them, as they have terrible customer service.

Seems cheaply made and much larger than standard size

It looks nice, but the sweatshirt is simply a Gildan and the wording an iron on. Could have done it myself for half the price. Not the quality I am used to from Jane.

It's a basic sweatshirt with writing on it. I wouldn't pay for another one.

These duffles are so great! I got one for each of my nieces and nephew! They are roomy enough for weekend travel but small enough for a kid to handle carrying. My favorite combo is the white glitter lettering on the purple bag - SO cute! Great quality and the seller is very responsive!
