Order to forever to arrive. Cute but I could have probably made it with a cricket and sweatshirt.

So soft and cute! Wish buy another one! It is my spirit day sweatshirt for school!! Would love more sweatshirts that I can pick my own saying like this one.

The font was huge compared to the picture. Also, two letters overlapped and one letter was backwards. I emailed the company 2 days in a row with no response so I asked Jane support for help. Jane support emailed them as well asking for their response and gave them 2 more business days to respond. They never responded, so Jane refunded me as I had requested. Then, I received a rude email today saying there’s nothing wrong with the font at all but since I was refunded, it’s all handled. Talk about low integrity. Do not order from this company. Regardless of what might be happening in their personal lives, they run a business and therefore owe their customers a satisfactory response. I’m glad that Jane has the integrity to respect and support their customers.

I ordered a large Heather blue sweatshirt, but I received a medium purple sweatshirt. I have e-mailed Little Bag of Tricks once and Jane twice. Jane assured me that they will rectify the situation, so I will give them time, but I will certainly never buy an item sold by Little Bag of Tricks again.
